| Threading |
|
We offer threading services from 1/4"- 6" in single random lengths and double random lengths.
We produce a line pipe thread on carbon and stainless pipe. Our facilities in Houston, Corpus Christi, Denver, Mobile and New Jersey all have threading machines. |
| Grooving |
|
| We offer some of the most advanced grooving capabilities in the industry. We are capable of roll grooving 2” – 24”, AGS grooving 14” – 24”, and RX grooving stainless. Cut grooving is also available. Our Houston and New Jersey facility are capable of grooving Double Random Lengths as well as Single Random Lengths. |
| Galvanizing |
|
We stock from 1/2” – 12” in Seamless Hot Dip Galvanized in schedules STD, XH and 160; and 2” – 12” Grade B ERW STD Hot Dip Galvanized. Additionally, we can have other sizes galvanized in 3 – 5 days. |
| Cut To Length Carbon |
|
| Our state of the art cutting facilities allow us to cut from 6” up to 48” OD and up to 1.5” wall thickness, with a tolerance of –0”/+2”. We can provide cut-to-length orders on all our products including Seamless, ERW, DSAW, A333 and Stainless Steel pipe. |
| Cutting Stainless Steel |

We now have the equipment to expand our cutting capabilities in Stainless steel products. With the addition of a new HEM saw in Houston and Indiana, our cutting capabilities extend from1/2" through 24" up to 2" wall thickness. The saw is equipped with an automatic feed conveyor for multiple cuts. It is housed in it's own building to protect the saw blades from weather and assist the operator in maintaining the highest degree of accuracy possible. |
| Coating |

We stock a full line of API pipe with 14 – 16 mils of Fusion Bonded Epoxy. We stock material in all of the major coating facilities throughout the United States. Additionally, we can offer any coating your job might require. |
| Zap-Lok |
|
| We now offer the Zap-Lok® Pipe Connection System. The proven technique is used in the same service as welded lines, but saves both time and money in installation and inspection. A belled end and grooved end are forced together in the field by the ZAP-LOK joining press which takes about 10 seconds; a thin coating of epoxy serves as a lubricant. A small crew of 7 people can average 2 miles per day of 2 3/8” up to 12 3⁄/4” OD schedule 80 pipe. With fusion bond coating and ZAP-TEC®, all field joint coating is eliminated. | We have a complete machine shop in Houston, Texas capable of machining fittings and flanges from ½" - 48". We can offer services such as taper bored ends, thru boring, threading, tapping and flat facing of flanges. |
